Single Energy X-ray Line Detector

FLIES C Series is a Single Energy X-ray Line Detector designed for industrial X-ray inspection systems.
With high-sensitivity signal processing, a Dynamic Range of 52,000+:1, IPx6 protection, and SDK integration support, it can be applied to food, pharmaceutical, electronics, battery, and various other industrial inspection systems.
Selectable 0.4 / 0.8 mm Pixel Pitch and high-speed scanning support stable image quality and inspection efficiency in production environments.

Food
- Product Quality and Safety Inspection -
The FLIES C Series can be used for product quality and safety inspection in food production and processing environments. It can be applied to the detection of various foreign materials, including glass, non-ferrous metals, stone, rubber, bone, and plastic. It can also be used to inspect products packaged in glass bottles or cans, as well as bulk products. Additional applications include checking for missing or damaged components and product counting.
Electronic Components
- Reel Component Counting -
The FLIES C Series can be used to verify the quantity of reel-packed electronic components and identify missing parts. Non-destructive counting of various reel sizes supports inventory management and production-process inspection.
Agricultural Products

The FLIES C Series can be used to examine the internal structure and tissue condition of agricultural products for quality control and sorting applications. When combined with the inspection system's image-processing functions, it can support size classification and the identification of internal abnormalities.
Pharmaceutical & Packaging Inspection

The FLIES C Series can be applied to pharmaceuticals, packaged foods, pouches, and boxed products where internal foreign materials, missing components, or product damage cannot be easily identified by visual inspection.
