Inspection System

Conveyors belt are used to transport objects, and the X-ray tube penetrates the object and analyzes it with a detector to detect contaminants in the product.

X-ray Source

The device that generates X-rays. It consists of a high pressure inverter, a filament feeder, and an X-ray tube. There are generators with various specifications. In general, food inspection devices follow specification of spot size 400 to 800um, energy band 160kV, and 10mA.

Conveyor Belt

It is a device that is connected to a production line to move objects. The conveyor speed is constant, and the belt thickness and material are made to have no significant effect on x-ray transmission.

X-ray Line Detector

The Line Detector has only one sensor line. The inspection speed is faster than the Panel detector, and it can be continuously performed without stopping the inspection. X-ray Line Detector can shoot higher dynamic range and higher resolution images at a much lower cost.

The image processing program

The image processing program produces images of data obtained by the detector and provides various functions such as foreign object inspection. Not only the process of production of processed foods such as foreign substance detection, sealing, and agricultural product quality, It can also be used in industrial production processes to check Reel-Counting, missing parts, or damage to PCBs and batteries.
